About this Holiday rental
Originally a "Pigeonnier" or dovecote La Maison du Soleil was recently refurbished and is now a delightful self contained cottage with many original features such as interior stone walls, huge oak beams and vaulted beamed ceilings. On entering the property the large front doors open into the lounge with large 'L' shaped sofa TV, DVd, iPod Dock and wood burner. The dining/kitchen area has a large fridge and Freezer, ceramic hob, oven with extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, There is direct access to a private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and has lovely views over the adjoining countryside.
On each side of the lounge area are the two identical and generous bedrooms. All rooms are light and airy and stay lovely and cool in the summer. The two Superking/twin bedrooms are luxuriously dressed with beautiful furniture and sumptuous bedding to make your holiday relaxing and comfortable. Each bedroom has a super-king 180x200 bed that can be split into two singles
(2x90x200) if required. Each room also has a large sofabed (140x200),
its own private en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bath as well
as a separate toilet with windows overlooking the sunny front garden and orchard beyond. The private terrace faces west, ideal for the evening sun and can be accessed via the kitchen or the path around the outside of the property.
Fishing rods for use in the private fishing lake as well as bikes are available to hire on site, There is a communal 12x6m saltwater swimming pool, a games room with table football, table tennis, air hockey, darts and a step machine and a large communal BBQ with outside dining area and a trampoline. Golf: 6 km, fishing, squash, tennis: 5 km
