Nice contemporary duplex rated 2 * and amenities Clévacances, with terrace 20m2 partial sea view, 2nd and last floor without elevator, exposed E-S-O and direct access sea. Living room 35m2 with American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC on each floor, no Internet access but 1 Office corner. All comforts: electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, Toaster, kettle, Hi-Fi, TV with DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 120x190, one bed 80x190, 1 sofa bed 2 places.
6 persons and on request and without surcharge, possibility of cot (COT) and high chair wooden.
Animals after agreement of the owner. Basement garage for 1 car or bicycles. Public parking in front of the residence. Linen provided on option (sheets, towels, cloths, napkins: 25 euros/person). Possibility of choice: bed linen or towels (depending on the price). End of stay cleaning option: 70 euros.
Tourist tax included in the advertised rates. (0.90 € / person / night).
Seasonal and decreasing rates depending on the duration.
Outside the months of July-August, short stays possible: from 2 to 4 nights, rates with linen and cleaning options included.
