Welcome to this self-catering gîte in the heart of the Normandy countryside. It is detached from my house and has its own private car park. On arrival, you'll discover a large garden with fruit trees, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a spacious, light-filled interior, fully equipped for your comfort and well-being. On sunny days, you can enjoy your coffee or meal on the terrace at any time of day. And on less sunny days, you can enjoy the warmth of the inside of the gîte. On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen, a living room, a shower room, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a WC and a laundry room (washing machine + tumble dryer). Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with 2 single beds, an umbrella bed and a small relaxation area. Nearby, you can enjoy : - Le Neubourg's typical market with its local producers and its sumptuous Champ de Bataille castle with its Garden of the Gods 15 km away, - the accrobranche park 1 km away, - the Evreux - Le Bec Hellouin greenway, 4 km away, - numerous hiking trails and the nearby forest, - the town of Evreux, with the Iton walk, the cathedral, the museum and Gisacum 15 km away, - Le Bec Hellouin and its famous abbey 25 km away, - the Harcourt estate with its fortified castle and exceptional arboretum (the oldest in France) 20 km away, - the charm of the vast fields around the village, especially when the flax and rapeseed are in flower in spring. - Giverny, with Monet's house, flower gardens and museum, 45 km away. - Rouen, the "city of a hundred steeples" with its rich medieval heritage and famous pedestrianised Gros Horloge street, 45 minutes away.
