In the boastling market town of Saumur famed for its excellent wines, restaurant and chateau, lies an oasis of calm. Behind a medieval high porch, you will find a private walled garden which offers off street parking for 1 car. The house is beautifully appointed with light and spacious rooms.
Accomodation consists of :
First floor : 1 double room and 1 twin room, both displaying the aincient timbers. Shower room and separate WC.
Groud floor : lovely open plan kitchen / dining / living room with sofa bed. Utility room with toilet. French terracotta floor tiles.
Washing machine, dish washer, oven, hob, microwave, stereo, TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron.

Within 1 mile : chateau, cruise on the Loire river, canoeing, railway station. Town centre with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and many other places to explore.
