Description
Small house, located 150 m from the shops, 5 km from the Sauveterre beach and the national forest and 5 km from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a rural setting (enclosed wooded plot of 4000 m2). Also close to cycle paths, footpaths 200 m away and birdwatchers in the marshes. Lockable bike storage. Bus stop 150m away. The accommodation has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 with 1 double bed (140cm) - Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided. They can be hired: €12 per bed, bed made on arrival. Baby equipment available. Cleaning products provided. Games for children. Bowls and ball games area. Private enclosed car park. Enclosed wooded park shared with another rental property. The state-owned forest stretches 11 km along the coast, with numerous picnic areas and cycle paths all along the forest. As well as swimming, the wild coastline is ideal for surfing. Pleasant walks along the corniche and jetties of Les Sables d'Olonne and La Chaume, where you can admire the Tour d'Arundel, the Prieuré St Nicolas, etc. The harbours. Numerous activities: canoeing, paddle-boarding, surfing, horse-riding, go-karting, the Le Grand Défi tree-climbing park a few kilometres away, aquatic leisure parks, leisure parks, golf, thalassotherapy, aquarium, zoo etc. Excursions : Le Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Ile d'Yeu, Ile de Noirmoutier, Marais Breton, Marais Poitevin, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, etc.
