Situated 5 km from the Dunes beach and 1 km from the marshes and the Auzance canoe base, the peaceful surroundings will enable you to enjoy hiking and cycling, as several circuits are accessible close to the rental property. The rental comprises a living room with sitting area and open-plan kitchen, a storeroom, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm), one with a single bed (120cm), a shower room and separate toilet. Enclosed paved courtyard and terrace with garden furniture at the rear of the house for relaxing in the sun. Situated in a quiet, restful location, you won't be disappointed by the peace and quiet and the sunset. Parking for two vehicles on the plot. Shelter for bikes and motorbikes also inside the enclosure. The nearest shops are approximately 3 km away. Close to Sables d'Olonne and Brétignolles sur Mer with its Sunday market and ST Gilles Croix de vie for its tasting of sardines from the bay. See you soon
