Living room (TV, Rapido double sofa bed), cabin-style bedroom off entrance hall (set of single bunk beds). Open-plan kitchen area (2 electric rings, 100L fridge, microwave, mini oven, traditional coffee maker, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, electric plancha, toasted sandwich maker, etc. plus pots & pans for 4 people). Bathroom (bath, washbasin, storage space, hair dryer, iron, ironing board), separate WC.
Balcony (sea view, table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs). WIFI Internet access (no extra charge). NO smoking in studio. NO pets. Pillows, mattress cover, duvet, pillow covers supplied. Cleaning products supplied. Included in rent: water, electricity, tourist tax, heating, WIFI.To be handed over on arrival: 250€ damage deposit, 50€ cleaning deposit. Both will be returned to you on departure if no damage has occurred and studio has been properly cleaned. Owner present on arrival and departure. Last minute bookings for 3 or 4 nights possible (90€/night).
