Nice living room of 67 m2, two sofas convertible for additional 4 extra beds, flat screen TV, internet, bay windows to access the patio and enjoy the barbecue. Laundry: Private washing machine. Three independent rooms: the first with a 140cm bed 140cm downstairs and 90cm upstairs, the second with a 140cm bed and private bathroom, the third one with a 140cm bed and private bathroom. Two separate toilets. Parking: Enclosed garage + carport.
