Our provençal house is located in a nice little village, 5 mn away from Orange and 15 mn from Avignon Air-conditioned rooms at ground level, Safe parking on our property, accessible with a digital code. Wooded park (3000 m2), landscaped pool (12x7 m) with outdoor spa ((both heated from May 1st to September 30th), large sauna. Fully equipped summer kitchen in the pool house. Easy access to touristic destinations. Copious homemade breakfast. Evening meal prepared with organic products, on request (twice a week, if 4 guests). Well-behaved, social dogs welcome. Complimentary access to a wireless network indoors and outdoors. Smoke-free house. Warm and personable welcome. Recipient of the "Likhom" award, selected by "Flair".

We are delighted to welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy your stay. Our guest rooms and communal areas have been designed with you in mind; we care for your well-being and strive to please you. We have chosen to devote our time and enthusiasm to you, to share this place with you in a friendly atmosphere, and we want you to feel at home here. A few details about life at Les Santolines : Swimming pool (12 m x 7 m, maximum depth 1.85 m): The water quality is regularly checked. You can use it at any time, as well as the jacuzzi, while respecting the peace and quiet of your neighbours. As for the sauna, designed for 5 people, all you need to do is give us 30 minutes' notice so that we can heat it up. Meals: We serve hearty French breakfasts between 8.30am and 10am, included in the room rate. Please let us know if you have any special requests, which we will try to accommodate if possible. As far as other meals are concerned, if you wish to stay at "Les Santolines", we ask you to prepare and eat them in the spacious and well-equipped summer kitchen, and not in your room. Dinner at the table d'hôtes is served at 8pm (full 3-course meal with aperitif, wine and coffee at €30, light or vegetarian at €28, children's price according to age). Hot drinks: unlimited and self-service, both in the summer kitchen and on the patio. Books, magazines, CDs, toys, board games, maps and tourist guides: These are available on the patio and in the summer kitchen and simply need to be put back when you leave. A massage chair is also available in the patio. Children are asked to use it with care and always in the presence of an adult. Summer kitchen: This can be used at any time. Please keep it clean and tidy and report any incidents to us. Smoke-free property: For imperative safety reasons (we are in a "very fire-sensitive area") and out of respect for your neighbours and future guests, we urge you not to smoke, either in your room or in the garden. The only area where smoking is possible without endangering the property is the summer kitchen. Please enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to let us know of any malfunctions - it will be a great help to us! Departure: We would like you to leave by 11 a.m. at the latest, as other guests are arriving and we need to prepare for their arrival. Payment: We remind you that we do not accept credit cards. How to get to Les Santolines 502 (ex 18) chemin des Grandes Combes, 84420 Piolenc - Important information: The property numbers correspond to the distance from the beginning of the street, so they are not consecutive. As Chemin des Grandes Combes is approximately 1000 m long, number 502 is in the middle of the road, whichever side you come from... - Coming from the south, from Orange on the Nationale 7, via Orange : - In Orange, follow "toutes directions", then "Montélimar" to take the Nationale 7 northwards. The first town after Orange is Piolenc. - On leaving Orange, the speed limit is 70km/h, then 80km/h for 500m. When the speed returns to 70 km/h, turn right, just in front of the "Centrakor" shop. A sign indicates the Crépon industrial estate. Be careful, the bend is very sharp. You are now on the "Rue des Artisans". - Then take the 1st turning on the left: "Chemin du Crépon". - Then take the 1st left again: "Chemin des Grandes Combes". Keep going straight ahead, as it climbs steeply. - The number 502 corresponds to the distance of 502 m from the start of the road. Our property is located on the left, below and not very visible from the road, at the entrance to the cul-de-sac. Go slowly and turn left just in front of the small hedge at the foot of the electricity pole. The Santolines sign indicates that you have arrived 😉 You can park to the left of our gate (private car park). - From the south on the A7 motorway: - Take exit no. 20, then right as you leave the motorway, direction "Piolenc". - Drive through the town for about 1 km, then turn left onto Boulevard du Colonel Corsin (a long avenue lined with plane trees). - At the end of the driveway (150 m), stay on the same road, which turns slightly left into boulevard Frédéric Mistral, alongside the Crédit Agricole building. - Then take the first right: "Chemin des Cargaules" for 500 m. If you find yourself in front of a vehicle, you have priority. However, drive very carefully. - At the STOP sign, turn immediately right: "Allée Marcel Pagnol". - Go straight on, cross the crossroads, then at the fork 200 m further on, take the road on the left: "Chemin des GRANDES Combes". - Our property is 500 m further on the right, past a long wall and an electricity pole, and down behind a small hedge (drive slowly). It is the first house at the entrance to the cul-de-sac, where you will see the sign for "Les Santolines en Provence". - From the north: A7 motorway exit no. 19 (Bollène), then take the N7 towards "Orange" and follow the previous route as you enter Piolenc. Provencal house 5 minutes from Orange (15 minutes from Avignon), in the small town of Piolenc (population 5,000), on the south-facing slope of a hill wooded with holm oaks and immense pines. This privileged location protects us from both the gusts of the Mistral and the scorching summer sun. Two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor, in the middle of a 3000 m2 wooded park. A large area reserved for our guests away from the house: 12x7 m swimming pool with access via an underwater deck and integrated spa, sauna, shower and WC, indoor and outdoor lounge. Our large, fully-equipped summer kitchen is at your disposal free of charge, so you can prepare and enjoy your meals in complete independence (hob, oven, microwave, plancha, barbecue, fridge, food processors, etc.). Our house has all the advantages of a guest house, with its friendly atmosphere and breakfast, and the freedom of a gîte, thanks to its layout and summer kitchen. Secure digicode parking inside the property. Our rooms, which we deliberately limit to two (one room and one suite, for a maximum occupancy of 8 people) to guarantee you our best availability, each have independent access, a private toilet and a private shower room. Furnished and decorated according to Provençal themes, they offer you the setting of the countryside and the comfort of quality bedding. Both are spacious and south-facing, with a double bed with separate electric slatted bedsprings, a wardrobe, a small sitting area, a television, full modern bathroom facilities and accessories such as an electric kettle, a hairdryer and bathrobes. Towels and bed linen are provided. We can also add baby equipment to the room (bouncers, high chairs, changing tables, umbrella beds, pushchairs) or an extra bed for a child under the age of 12. We will visit your room every day and clean it as soon as necessary. Free wi-fi access. Not far from the A7 and A9 motorways, and close to the Avignon and Orange TGV stations, our location at the crossroads of several regions with varied landscapes and cultures makes us an ideal base from which to appreciate all their riches. We'll be happy to help you organise your excursions according to your wishes and interests, and will be happy to provide you with our documentation. Table d'hôtes, mainly organic, available twice a week by prior arrangement.
