Set on a typical Dombes farm with renowned ponds, 3 golf courses within a 10 km radius, enjoy a high level of comfort.
Sheets and towels are provided and beds are ready on arrival.
First floor: living room with integrated kitchen and pantry, handicapped-accessible, opening onto a large, carefully landscaped terrace, convivial lounge, high-speed Wifi Internet access, RJ45 sockets, telephone, WC. Lilas" bedroom, 1 double bed 180x200 divisible into 2 single beds 90x200, shower room, separate WC, shared tumble dryer, Tourism and Handicap label (in progress).
On 1st floor, suite of 2 bedrooms: "Rose" 1 bed 160X200, "Dahlia" 1 large bed 180x200 divisible into 2 beds 90x200 and 1 bed 90x200, bathroom, separate WC. Chambre "Violette" 1 bed 160X200, bathroom with WC.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning charge: €100.

The owner will be your hostess for all types of stay: weekly or midweek holiday (700€), business overnight stay (90€ breakfast included), pilgrims' stopover (50€/pers/night or 60€/night for 2 in the same room - breakfast included - mini 4 pers).
The gîte is located 30 minutes from Lyon and 30 minutes from St Exupéry airport, with the Parc des Oiseaux 20 minutes away.
