Description

We are offering for rent a magnificent, fully-equipped chalet (220m²) that can accommodate 15 people, in a very peaceful setting with exceptional views over the Val d'Arly and the Aravis mountain range. The chalet is located in the commune of La Giettaz, 3 km from the ski slopes (Le Plan resort in the Portes du Mont Blanc area) and 5 km from the Aravis pass (starting point for hiking). The chalet has 8 bedrooms on 3 levels, 4 bathrooms, one of which has a bath, and a 5th shower in the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). There are 4 WCs in the chalet. On the first floor, there is a huge living room with 3 distinct areas: the fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large dining area and then a lounge area around a fireplace where you can enjoy a cosy fire. There is also a separate TV lounge on this floor. There are several balconies with lovely views. Internet access is provided. 4 parking spaces. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets and towels can be provided as an option, at a cost of €27 per double bed (sheets + 4 towels) and €20 per single bed (sheets + 2 towels). All beds are equipped with duvets. The welcome package costs €220, whatever the length of your stay. It pays the person who welcomes you, shows you around and presents the chalet to you on your arrival, carries out the inventory of fixtures on departure and does the basic cleaning of the chalet. __

The chalet is located in the commune of La Giettaz. The chalet is very well placed with a magnificent view of the Aravis mountain range and the Val d'Arly. The environment is very quiet. Shops are located in the town centre, 1.5 km away: bakeries, mini-market, bar, restaurants, newsagents, etc. Access to the ski slopes: - Domaine "Les Portes du Mont Blanc", Lieu dit "Le plan" , 5 minutes by car, 3 km. There is also a shuttle service. - Day trips to the La Clusaz ski area: 9 km, 15 minutes by car.
