Built in the 17th century by Benjamin de Combes, at the time a pupil of Sébastien le Prestre de Vauban, Louis XIV's engineer, this tower is today the flagship building of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. The tower was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. A true Normandy walking route, the customs trail starts in Isigny-sur-Mer and reaches its destination at Mont-Saint-Michel. The aim is to cover this distance along the Channel coast. Created in 1983, this animal park, located in Montaigu-la-Brisette, welcomes animals from the 4 corners of the globe in a 15-hectare area.
