When your stay is refused, the payment is cancelled on our system. In fact, you have made a prepayment (this is what is mentioned on the paybox ticket, it is not a debit it is a "VADS ONLY AUTHORISATION"). The cancellation is taken into account, your bank account will not be debited. 

When you make a booking request, a bank imprint is made, while you wait for the owner's reply. In this case, as if there has been no acceptance from the owner, the authorisation is cancelled. Depending on the banks and the type of bank card, the sum corresponding to the bank imprint may be blocked for 5 to 7 days on the bank account.
