The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has returned to the owner a signed copy of the contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit (maximum 25%) of the stay, before the date indicated on the front of the contract. In the case of an online booking or a rental on demand request, the booking of the holiday becomes effective as soon as the tenant confirms his/her order, declares that he/she has read and accepts the present booking conditions, and validates his/her payment.
