The traveller area is a personal online space accessible after booking. It allows customers to consult their stays, download documents (contracts, invoices), communicate with the owner, and manage their personal information.
How do I access my traveller's area?
You can access it via the link provided in your booking confirmation email, or by logging on directly to the site with your customer account. The first time you log in, a verification code will be sent to the email address you have entered. If you do not subsequently enter a new password, this system will remain in place.
What's in the traveller's area
- Details of your bookings (past, current, future)
- Documents relating to your stays (invoices, contracts, proof of payment)
- Arrival contact details and instructions
- Messaging to contact the owner
