A dispute can be declared by a member, a customer or a member of the Clevacances team (federation or technician) directly on an online booking only.
- The request and management is done via the member space (booking management) for owners, via the console (booking list) for technicians and via the project details for tenants
- When a dispute is declared, the technician of the branch concerned is alerted by email. The owner or tenant will be informed of the progress of the dispute by e-mail. The situation will be examined by the technician. He may contact the federation's legal department if necessary. Only the author of the dispute or a member of Clévacances will be able to close the dispute.
Note: when a dispute is opened, payments are put on hold.
