New villa of 115 m² located in the hamlet of Araggio, fully equipped with superb covered terrace with sea and mountain views in a very quiet environment with easy access to shops, beaches and activities in the area. It consists of a large main room with kitchen, dining area and TV lounge open on a large covered terrace. From the terrace, you will have a panoramic view of the sea and the mountain, you will find a garden furniture, a table for outdoor meals, a plancha and a sink. Beautiful heated swimming pool of 7m x 3.50 m with small beach immersed. In the house, 3 bedrooms, one with shower and sink with a bed 160x200, another bedroom with a bed 160x200 and a 3rd bedroom with 2 bed 90x190. In the 3 bedrooms you have large closets for storage. All rooms are air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms). Finally, a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet and 2 separate toilets. An adjoining and closed storage room where you can possibly store your luggage as well as bicycles or other things. The rental is from Sunday to Sunday with arrival at 17H and departure at 9H. It is an ideal place to rest and relax that will perfectly suit nature lovers.

En venant de Bastia: 5 km après Lecci, prendre sur la droite la D 759 puis rouler 3 km jusqu'au village d'Araggio. Dans le village, après “ l'orée du site”, faire 200m et prendre sur la droite, la piste en terre signalée par la pancarte “résidence u casteddu”. En venant de Figari; prendre direction Porto-vecchio, puis direction Palavesa (4 km), puis prendre sur la droite, la route départementale 759 pendant 3 km. Après le panneau "Araggio" (Araghju), à 100m, à peu près, prendre le chemin de terre sur la gauche sur 200m.

Vous pourrez facilement découvrir les magnifques plages et paysages de l'extrème sud de la Corse, vous pourrez aussi vous adonner à la découverte de l'arrière pays en pratiquant les nombreux sentiers de randonnée balisés. Vous pourrez tout aussi bien profiter de votre séjour pour vous ressourcer en profitant du calme de notre résidence, nichée dans un écrin de verdure au coeur du maquis corse, sans oublier une scéance de farniente au bord de notre magnifique piscine chauffée.
