Description
Come and discover a set of 2 completely renovated houses, in the center of La Tranche-sur-mer, in a small quiet alley that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. You will find 2 parental suites, 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate WCs, for a total area of 180 m². With family or friends, you will enjoy the enclosed and sunny exterior for a good stay. No need for a car, everything is done on foot! The house is located just 100 m from the shopping streets, 200 m from the market and the central beach. Many activities are available to you during your stay: water sports, aquatic center, skatepark, cinema... La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonnes, Puy du fou, O'gliss... In season, free Fun-Bus to take you to the different beaches. Summer entertainment nearby on Place de la Liberté.

We'll be there to welcome you. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and various spices will be available. Paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper to get you started. In summer, a small herb garden (mint, thyme, laurel, parsley) and a cherry tomato bar.

Access map
La Tranche sur mer has many one-way roads. Do not drive into rue de la Poste. You will be welcomed in the private cul-de-sac at the back of the house, which will allow you to unload/load your car in peace and quiet (this cul-de-sac does not have a name). Route into the centre via Avenue Victor Hugo - Take Avenue Maurice Samson. The avenue climbs slightly, and at the highest point you can see the central beach. - At the bend, continue along the avenue. You will pass the Equinoxe restaurant, then the Equipage bar/cafeteria. - At the junction with rue Anatole France, turn right. You turn just before the "Pass Océan". - At the STOP sign at the junction with Jules Ferry, continue along the road. You're almost there! - You will come to the intersection with Rue de la Poste. Do not take this road, it is a one-way street. If you do, you will have the right to go round it again. . Continue for 10 metres to reach the cul-de-sac on your right, just behind the bike park.
