Bringing extra people not mentioned on the contract
The number of tenants may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated on the description of the accommodation. Exceptionally, and subject to the owner's agreement, this rule may be waived. In this case, the owner will be entitled to charge an additional fee, which must be notified to the tenant in advance and recorded in writing.
Without the owner's written agreement and if the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation's capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional tenants. In this case, any modification or breach of contract will be considered to be at the tenant's initiative.
