Send a letter to the departmental office responsible for the accommodation where you have stayed (by email or ordinary post), setting out your grievances, together with a photocopy of the rental contract and the descriptive statement.
You may also attach photos illustrating your comments or any other element you deem useful in arbitrating the situation. A Clévacances member of staff will get back to you to provide you with answers, and/or offer you mediation with a view to an amicable settlement.
