When do I have to pay the balance of the rental?
There are several scenarios, depending on the accommodation management method chosen by the owner.
In the case of direct management by the owner: the balance of the rent must be paid to the owner no later than the day of arrival, after a joint inventory has been drawn up.
In the case of online payment, the balance must be paid no later than one month before moving in for a booking more than 30 days in advance.
In the case of management by a professional agent (reservation service or estate agent): payment of the balance is required no later than one month before moving in. Charges not included in the rent must be paid at the end of the stay.
